How to place order at your E-Store, can I pay by credit card?
Add to cart items that you want to buy, click on checkout. We accept Debit/Credit card payment.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Sorry. We don’t accept COD.

Can I cancel my order or make changes (such as change delivery address, add more items etc) to my order once it's been placed?
You can’t change the order details once you have placed the order. But if you need further assistance, please WhatsApp our Customer Care (0163301656).

I want to purchase it as a gift and request for a personal note or wrapping service. How do I go about it? Can you remove the receipt/invoice as well?
We do offer a simple greeting note service and it is free of charge! At the checkout page, check the "This order is a Gift" box and add your personalized message. We will attach the Gift card together with the order. All order send with gift card will not attach receipt / invoice.

How do I know if my order is confirmed ? Can I track my order status?
You will receive an order notification, tracking number and a link to the website to track the status of your order. Alternately, you can WhatsApp our Customer Care (+60163301656) with your order number. We will check for you.

If I receive wrong product or damage product, what can I do?
Please contact our Customer Care directly. WhatsApp our Customer Care (+60 163301656) with your order ID and include a photo of the item. If the item is damaged, please make sure the damage is visible in the photo.

Can I return the product and get refund because I change of mind?
Yes. We provide money back guarantee in 14 days. Please follow the step to return the item. You can refer to our "Refund Policy" at the bottom of the page.

Can I choose what time my parcel gets delivered?
Sorry, you can’t. Delivery time is determined by delivery destination and the courier partner delivery schedule at your location. It is important to leave your mobile number in your order, it will help our courier partner contact you for goods delivery

Sign in "Member Reward" at the bottom of the page. You can check your total reward point. Select "Ways to redeem" and decide coupon value you want to redeem. A coupon code is generated for you. Use the coupon code at checkout page.

How to track my order?
You will receive a tracking number and a link to the website to track the status of your order. Alternately, you can WhatsApp our Customer Care (0163301656) with your order ID. We will check for you.

My order status showing 'Delivered', but I have not receive it!
We suggest you start by checking with your family member, friends, colleagues, receptionist, security guard who likely can receive item on your behalf. In most cases, you can get it. Otherwise, please WhatsApp our Customer Care (0163301656) with your Order ID, we will check for you.

Sorry, we don't offer store pick-up. All order will be delivered by our courier partners.

Can I return the item under warranty claim?
Yes. You can return the item under warranty. We will check and update to you the status of troubleshooting. Customer is required to arrange goods delivery at own cost.

How can I apply for a return refund?
If you wish to return an item purchased, follow the steps below.
STEP 1 – Notifying Us Of The Return Goods
Notifying us you wish to return any goods within 14 working days after goods received can be done by Whatsapp Customer Care (0163301656) or email to paiwellnessco@gmail.com with your order details (Order ID, Item purchased, Qty). Customer is required to arrange the goods returned to our office at own cost.
STEP 2 – Verifying The Return Goods
Upon receiving the returned goods, our customer service representative will check and verify the goods is in its original condition which include (if any) accessories, manuals, and documentation. We will notify the customer by Whatsapp/Email if the returned goods are applicable for a refund.
STEP 3 – Processing The Refund
If the customer is entitled for a refund, we will process the calculated refund and credit back to the original credit card/debit card used or online transfer the money to the name of the customer within fourteen (14) working days. The refund amount does not cover postage cost and 3.5% handling fees incurred during the order made. The customer will receive Whatsapp / Email notification of the proof of your refund from us.
