Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

WEST Malaysia:
- For Orders (RM0.00-RM49.90): RM10 (shipping fees)
- For Orders (RM50.00-RM99.90): RM5 (shipping fees)
- For Orders (>RM100) - free shipping

 

EAST Malaysia: * For order to East Malaysia, shipping cost will base on Weight.

* For order to Singapore, shipping cost will base on Weight. Refer below chart for the rate of shipping cost.  Order above SGD 400 might subject to GST from Singapore customs.
